It’s standard knowledge to stay away from buy here/pay here car lots. However, this place completely changed my mind b/c they were not your standard “sleazy con artists”. I needed a used vehicle for a great price to travel Florida for work contracts. I was looking for a late model Mazda with less than 150,000 miles, manual transmission, and optimal MPG. My current Mazda is a grand touring- very pricey fixes and expensive maintenance with the miles racking up. This 2010 Mazda 3 hit everything I was looking for. Clutch is cheap to replace and the maintenance/upkeep is affordable. I drove from SWFL to purchase this vehicle. TJ- set me up to see the car & ensured I was happy with the listing. Also, he was conceed about my safety since I was driving a distance to check the car out. Corey- the manager is kind, genuine, & sincere. He went above & beyond what is expected- and for that I can not thank him enough. They’ll do what’s in their power to ensure you are happy with the purchase. I secured my own financing so i didn’t have to purchase my car for a high interest rate. If I know anyone in the market for a used vehicle for reasonable pricing- I’m recommending this place. Customer service is important to me and they impressed me. I’d even purchase another used car if I needed to from them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I was able to go in and grab this Camaro it’s high mileage but it’s fine and beautiful and my favorite color lol. I was able to test drive the car without them even knowing my name. It was plain and simple one of the best car experiences, I’ve ever had. Put cash down, worked out my terms and was sent well on my way. My car used so it has it problems. But I’m speaking on the buying experience. Would definitely recommend if you have hard time getting approved anywhere else

They took time to really listen to what I wanted, and were super understanding and helpful. I wasn’t pressured, and with their guidance I picked out my Jeep Liberty which is absolutely perfect for me! In terms of the car, I’ve had it for over 4 months now and it’s been great. I’m editing my one star review of this place because upper management at this company is actually very easy to deal with and they have it together. I am not happy with the car, or Bo, the salesman. For Bo they lose a star and for the car as well. But Allison and the staff at the main office are giving me a very fair shake as far as replacing a car while maintaining the terms of the lease, I expect this will go smoothly, they are much more professional than their salesman, Bo led me to believe. Sometimes we run in to the stereotypical used car salesman.

Went to Happy Car Sales to look into buying a second vehicle while my primary vehicle is still in the shop back in Texas. It was either to rent a car or buy one for the same price. I ended up purchasing a 2013, 6 speed manual Kia Soul. I love the honestly of the staff. Many of my question of conce was answered. I was nice to go to a dealership where the vehicle was unlock and you can actually take a test drive without being babysit. I was able to look over the Soul and get the feel of it. Corey was great. He was able to work the numbers where I need it. I enjoy our conversation and friendly environment. I'm Happy with my purchases and Happy to be member of the Happy Car Sales Family.

I had a positive experience with this dealership and Cory was great - a gets stuff done type. I would 100% start with this dealer next time I'm in the market for a used car. I feel like car shopping in the age of ubiquitous inteet information nowadays no longer leaves room for the old "used car salesman" types. I did some research online, found a car here that met my criteria, did more research on that make, model, edition, year, mileage, carfax (which this dealership provides for free) etc... to develop a range in my mind of what I would pay for this car. I came to test drive it and gauge condition to determine where in my range it would fall. Then I walked back into Cory's office and asked if he would take that price. He said yes and it was all done in an hour - fastest I've ever been in and out of a car dealership, new or used. So here's where the rubber hit the road, literally. About 30 miles out of the dealership, it starts getting hot, then VERY HOT. The AC stopped working. We tu back around, Cory and his mech diagnosed it as the compressor and covered it no charge. I really believe it was just freak timing - we test drove it for ~10 minutes, and it was running strong. It's in dealerships' best interest to fix problems they're aware of prior to selling the car, so I find it very unlikely they were pulling any sort of fast one, especially with how quickly they were able to diagnose, offer to fix no cost, and fix within a day. This is how you build customer loyalty and advocacy! Overall very positive experience, enjoyed working with Cory and team, feel good about the value, and car runs great. Thanks Happy Car Sales!

Was looking for an inexpensive car for my daughter to use for school. Was a bit reluctant to not go to one of the "big" dealers but saw a carfax of one of their vehicles and gave it a chance. Shockingly easy process with friendly knowledgeable salespeople and help directly from the owner Cory. We were in and out with a car in under an HOUR! I wanted to take this time to right this review because as a person who was looking for a car and a car approval loan, the experience can be very overwhelming and stressful. I was looking to get a dependable vehicle and a decent loan with affordable payments. Well I found Happy cars by googling buy here pay here and affordable car payments. I was presented with many options but like all of you out there I look at the reviews, the client experience with the place where they bought the car, and I look for something that resonates with my current situation. Well after reviewing their reviews I decided to call, I spoke with Luis who I then found out is the owner of Happy Cars, which is readr in today’s car buying experience most of the time your sent to speak with sales person and a finance manager with no personality. I digress, well with Luis he was willing to hear my Situation, offer me some solutions and options, he then invited me to come into his dealership and meet with him personally. He advised me of what to bring so that I was ready and making the most of my time. When I got there he was expecting me and welcome me and my family, he had some solid choices based on my liking and my situation and let me have time with my family to check the SUVs and inspect the vehicle over, he did not pressure us at all and inform us that when we made a selection he would be close by in the area. Needless to say we made a selection and I was able to use my car as part of the trade and got more than what I expected which was really great, but most of all we got a great vehicle.
