Rent to Own Option

Welcome to our EXCLUSIVE Rent to Own (RTO) Program - BUY HERE/PAY HERE!  WE ARE THE BANK!!!  This is designed for establish or re-establish credit, with short-term financing compared to traditional sub-prime auto finance situations.  Regardless of your current situation or past credit challenges, we have a FIT for you. 

BUY HERE-PAY HERE (RTO) is similar to leasing, with the significant difference of minimum insurance liability limits with a much shorter term (usually 36 months). In addition, there's a $597 early termination fee depending on your term. MOST IMPORTANTLY, you own the vehicle after your final payment - it's that simple!

Your credit is NOT a factor in our approval process (as with traditional financing), you will be required to put a down payment (usually around $1,500-$2,000).  Once your payments are complete and satisfactory, we will report ONLY your positive pay history to the credit bureaus - it's a WIN-WIN situation.

Basic requirements are -

1. A job or income that can be verified (1099, cash, disability/SSI OK)
2. Full coverage insurance with $500 deductible (only minimum state liability limits)
3. Proof of your current residence (landlord #, copy of rental agreement or current bill)
4. Debit card (in your name)

As a a family owned & operated dealership, this is much easier with flexible, short term options compared to "buy here/pay here."  We have warranty options and pre-paid maintenance plans available with each vehicle as a CAR FAX ADVANTAGE DEALER! 

This is a simple process -

1. Complete a 1-page application (we can email you, then you can scan or fax back)
2. Come see us at 203 W. State Road 84, Ft. Lauderdale, just west of Andrews Avenue
3. Select your choice, along with a back-up option that you want to drive
4. You'll receive the RTO terms in writing, upon mutual agreement
5. We will verify your information, complete your 2-page contract

It's that simple. We will customize a payment plan that makes sense for both of us.  As always, we have traditional bank financing available as well for virtually any situation.  Being a family owned business, we will take care of YOU before and after the sale.
